D. Moore
Primary Recruiter
Investigator Moore, originally from Long Island, New York, began his law enforcement career with Atlanta PD in 2012. During his five-year tenure, he worked in crime suppression. In 2017, he joined Irving PD, and has been assigned to Patrol, SWAT, and currently serves as a recruiter within the Personnel Division.
R. Batchelor
Background Investigator
Investigator Batchelor has 9 years of law enforcement experience with the city of Irving, specializing in narcotics investigations, patrol operations, and civil forfeitures. In her current role with Personnel, she handles background investigations and website design.
C. Hernandez
Background Investigator/Recruiter
Investigator Hernandez grew up in Irving, and has served as a police officer for 6 years. Before joining the Personnel unit last year, he worked as a patrol officer and training officer. He now handles background investigations and recruiting for the department.
C. Trezza
Background Investigator
Investigator Trezza has been with the department for 16 years and has 12.5 years of prior experience as an officer in Florida. His experience includes SWAT, criminal Intelligence detective, narcotics detective, field training officer, community policing officer, and patrol operations. His primary duties include background investigations and recruiting.
N. Gard
Background Investigator
Investigator Gard has 20 years of service, including 5 ½ years on patrol, 6 ½ years as a Motor Officer in the Traffic Division, and over 10 years on the SWAT team. He has been a background investigator in the Personnel section since 2018.
K. Dingledine
Background Investigator
Investigator Dingledine has 25 years of law enforcement service, with experience in undercover narcotics investigations, patrol operations, and as a field training officer. His current primary duties include background investigations and recruiting.
G. Williams
Personnel Sergeant
Sgt. Williams was hired by IPD in 2006. He has held various assignments in patrol, vice, narcotics, auto theft, and the burglary unit. Along with his current assignment, he is an active member of the Irving Police Bomb Squad.
